My problem with this is that no matter what chip value it has, it’s still really rare to get spectral packs. And the fact that it’s common makes it show up too often

Like realistically if you find it early game you can’t take it since it’s too unlikely to work, and late game you can’t take it since you probably have a chips source by then

overall any pack has a 4.3ish% of being spectral pack in any given shop. That means you're most likely to see 1 spectral pack per run. Other mechanisms for making spectrals are a tier 2 voucher, a specific deck, and two specific uncommon jokers

the only use cases I can see for it is carrying scoring if you have perkeo on the white stake plasma deck until you get whatever ridiculous contraption online
and even then there are better options
