I'm probably not the only one who has suggested this before, but I think the Royal Flush should be a seperate hand from Straight Flush (Well, maybe. It's probably a part of Straight Flush due to its rareness)

If you ask me, I suggest its score to be 150x12, 1.5x Straight Flush's. As for the Planet Card, I would personally make it The Sun (+50 Chips and +4 Mult)

As for extra Poker Hands (if there's a dislike to there being 13 hands) then it could be possible to do a Flush Three and Flush Four. Flush Four could be 130x15, and Flush Three could be 90x9. Their respective Planet Cards are Haumea (+45 Chips and +5 Mult) and Makemake (+30 Chips and +2 Mult)

so there's a few small problems with this that i have

first would just be royal flush's planet card being the sun. there's already a tarot card for the sun so having a tarot and planet called the sun should probably be avoided

second is that the "flush three" and "flush four" hands don't really abide by how "flush five" works. a flush is when it's five cards of the same suit, so if you're going to have new "flush hand" types, they need to have five scoring cards to be a flush, not three or four

third is that, balancing wise, flush threes and flush fours would be much easier to go for than any of the harder to achieve hand types. specifically to me, with the given numbers, flush four's +5 Mult scaling would be crazy big for a four card hand, and it's not helped by the fact that a single suit changing card could make one of the special flush hand types if you have four of the same rank in hand.

fourth, which is again balancing, is that adding multiple new hand types like this not only diminishes the importance of the original hands, but also simply bloats the planet card amounts by a large amount. while playing hands like flush fives and flush houses accidentally is pretty hard, with smaller hands like these, avoiding playing them to not unlock their plants or to simply get scoring with your already leveled hands would be fairly difficult

the only way one of the secret hands would work if you abided by the "must have 5 of the same suit" rule would to have four fingers and play a four of a kind of the same suit, and locking a hand behind having a specific joker is quite bad

Came up with some alternatives, inspired by Cryptid: Can rename the Sun to 'Sol' for Royal Flush. And I got some new ideas for the secret hands, which will be much harder to obtain, based on the flushed achievement.

Wild Flush: Five Wild or Rankless Cards (Makemake, For the sake of keeping the Wild Hands short, Wild Straight Flush and Wild Royal Flush will be considered as this hand. If you do count this, then idk use Quaoar and Sedna?)

Wild House (Full house, but with five wild cards (Haumea)

Not sure if edition-exclusive hands would be liked but eh

Inspirations are mostly the sun name change and Wild Flush including bulwark but true
