-Jokers grow in power after boss blind is defeated (both owned and in the shop) (if possible)
-Inflation each ante

e. g. trib gets 2.5x mult per queen/king instead of 2x after boss blind is defeated, then 3x, and so on
wouldn't work on something like chicot for example
also maybe it would kind of be a balancing nightmare but idek

it's not really well-defined how exactly to implement these buffs and a lot of jokers just don't work with it

the only real way i could see to do this is to give every joker a buffed effect, but that's a lot of work for a single deck in an update
