I'm not sure exactly how the two effects coexist, but I can't imagine a combination of them that is fun or isn't winmore, let alone both

so A is pretty winmore (not good), B is... pretty bad
you get $6 for going through three rounds, while also losing money at the same time. a golden joker, which is like a baseline for economy jokers, performs the same without taking away money (if you factor in initial buy cost)
