Couple of questions:

  1. With one hand, either needle, or black deck with troub and hieroglyph or something similar, does this joker trigger? If so, with what timing?
  2. How does this interact with the plasma deck?

  1. Generally, your first hand of the blind is weaker than your last, containing less chips, etc. Should this just be buffed to x1 chips instead of x0.5?
  2. Does this count as a XChips joker?
