If first played hand of round is your highest level poker hand, set its level to 1 and create a Spectral card

I feel like it would be nice to have a few more Spectral generators, so I made another one. I wasn't sure whether to put it as Uncommon or Rare, but I decided on Rare. This card works best early on when your hands haven't been leveled up much, letting you consistently generate a Spectral every round at the cost of essentially keeping your hand levels at 1. Also, you could probably still take it even later in the run as long as you're not relying too heavily on base mult/chips. I feel like it offers an interesting tradeoff similar to how Vagabond does. Let me know what you think!

(Note: If multiple hands are tied for the highest level, playing any of them will trigger the effect)

Yeah, I think it's okay because it's a Rare and it does hurt you somewhat in the long run

Like getting Vagabond out of the first Buffoon Pack is also really good imo

Oh, here this out:

if first played hand is your highest level poker hand, set its level to 1 and create consumable based on its level. Currently:

Lvl 1: random planet
Lvl 2: random tarot
Lvl 3-4: The Emperor
Lvl 5: 3 random negative planet
Lvl 6-8: random spectral
Lvl 9-12: random negative spectral
Lvl ah whatever you got the idea

which how valuable blue seals are, a good part of your scoring has a high chance to come from levels
