Spare joker voucher:
A voucher that gives you a spare joker slot but the joker won't trigger if it's in the spare slot but you can switch out jokers based on your hand, this could be used for various purposes like keeping a certain joker safe from spectral cards that would destroy your joker. The voucher would have a second form(?) That would allow the player to store two jokers in the spare slot.

What do yall think?

it’s alright conceptually, but does create issues where it is pretty much an extra joker slot because you can hold your value generator or utility to the side when you wanna score during a blind then take out a scoring joker during shops

I like the idea of holding an extra pocket joker but im worried it might provide too much value during blinds
making the spare slot only accessible between blinds might be a fix

That's a great idea! It wouldn't be too op and allows some more strategies in the shop. Not to sure what you think of the jokers being safe of destruction in the spare slot idea.

Putting a pareidolia in the spare slot before the mark boss blind would be a cool strat

presumably once the next update drops and mime is (presumably) fixed so you can't blueprint/switch it out after scoring the last hand, i imagine this would work the same where once you send the last hand, moving them would have no difference

you would still be able to sub in an in-blind value generator and a scoring joker alternately, as well as (presumably) negating end-of-round effects (rental fees) on a non-scoring joker
bring in the numbers maker when you need numbers and when you arent playing hands to win you can like
take the scoring engine out in favor of rebate
it would be almost-a-blueprint: the voucher
