The defining characteristic of this challenge would be that after every boss blind, the last played hand will be disabled for the remainder of the run, meaning that you can't focus on one hand type and have to pivot to other hand types constantly.
To make completing the challenge harder, you will start at Ante 0 so you have to complete Ante 8 with 8 hands disabled. This could go as high as 10 with both -1 Ante vouchers for people that want an additional challenge
Deck: Either Yellow Deck or Red Deck, maybe with $25 starting cash (see Other Additions below)
Any attempts to use hands that are disabled will result in that hand offering 0 points, like in the way using disallowed hands in certain boss blinds do.
Other Additions to be considered:
-All Jokers could be Perishable and only purchasable one time per run
-All Jokers held at the end of a boss blind could also be disabled, meaning each Ante would require new Jokers
-With one of the two ideas above, rerolls could have a cost cap or be set at a constant cost
-With one of the first two ideas, players could potentially start with overstock enabled, and maybe offer a free Magic Trick voucher at the start that they could choose to take. Seed Money and Money Tree at the start could also be considered for helping deck fixing during the challenge.
