If 4+ card hand is played, retrigger 2nd and 3rd card played, Don't score 4th and 5th

clarifications since im bad with wording:
4+ card hand doesn't mean just played 4 or more, it means played a poker hand that needs at least 4 or more cards, aka, 4oak, 5oak, straight, full house, and their flush variants (also four finger'd flush and straight counts)
so if a flush is played
first card scores normally, 2nd scores twice, 3rd scores twice, 4th and 5th cards aren't scored at all (still counts as a flush with 5 cards played)
the theme is a heckler, someone who disturbs/interrupts public speakers (like comedians) with comments, and the thing here is that they interrupt the flow of scoring by "focusing" on one section and blocking out the rest

considering hanging chad is also 2 retriggers without a downside or condition and same rarity im considering buffing this to retrigger twice as well

it's true that debuffs ≠ not scoring in some rare cases but i don't want to introduce new mechanics or terminology

also i feel like it should specify in that case that the debuff ends after the hand and doesnt just last forever
