i think he means like only trigger it when its the rightmost joker or im stupid
or hands required only reduce when its the rightmost joker which makes loyalty card way more useful

so this rework seems unnecessary and unfittinf
this functions closer to like an irl gift card where it has preloaded uses and is useless once emptied. but gift card is already a joker
I assume it still resets, so it would be multiuse, but it doesn't just auto trigger and blow away all of the hands you spent powering it up.
