I took an early investment tag, and opened almost all of the arcana packs in the 2nd and 3rd ante. I first got Canio and then Triboulet, next shop i believe after Trib shows eternal DNA which i think could help with the Anti-synergy of those two jokers.

Steps to reproduce:
Ante 1:
Skip 1st round (investment tag)
Bigblind honestly anything, you are making money from the tag, and aren’t really buying anything in Ante1.
Shop before Boss blind: Popcorn (mult) and you can take Sixth Sense from Joker pack.
Beat Boss Blind and Small Blind.
Ante 2:
Shop after Small Blind cointains a Soul card for Canio in Arcana pack (+ Arcana packs in previous shops cointain Justice cards, if you want to scale Canio with that).
Shop after Big blind has Hanged man in Arcana pack and you can destroy two faced cards right here.
Beat Boss Blind.
Ante 3:
Shop after Boss Blind has a Soul card in the Arcana pack in the right slot, and it gives Triboulet.
Beat Small Blind.
Shop cointains DNA after you roll once.
However I would recommend spending some money buying other jokers, as Popcorn runs out soon and you can’t sustain on just Canio Triboulet, as you can see on screenshot I bought Popcorn, both Soul card Arcana packs, Constellation (+1 Jupiter) and some additional Arcana packs and still ended up with 43 dollars. Give the seed a try and consider spending more money, as just reproducing this setup will leave you with more than the interest ceiling and too weak to continue into the next Ante.
