At minimum you could get a negative or polychrome common ($4+$5), or some combination of uncommon/rare+ edition
Unsure what the probability of it occurring would be or how clearance sale/liquidation would effect this

Exactly, it could be one of the only other ways besides a soul stone to get legendaries. Obviously the likely hood of one of these packs showing up would have to be very low for this to be balanced
