changed base game intro to display my mod logo

oh also + bug fixes, like stopping the TiMMie179 blind from causing invisible cards and face down cards, balancing changes, like changing FatOldFart to rare just like BNA, a config for debug printing, and removing a bunch of commented out code that was only commented out because i was in a rush and found out a better way
