for blackboard, you have to beat the small blind and open the buffoon pack that you see in the shop
I personally just discard any 5 cards that aren't the [Ace of Hearts] or [King of Hearts] to play an ace-high straight (A K Q J 10) so that i can beat the small blind in 1 hand
if you want, you can also pick the arcana pack on the right to make your Blackboard foil using Wheel of Fortune
(there's also a Blank voucher available after you beat The Pillar on Ante 1)
for Smeared Joker, just beat the A2 small blind 🤷
you can also open the buffoon pack to get the Droll Joker
for Perkeo, open the arcana pack on the right after beating The Fish on Ante 2
