The bean bug that gives you permanent hand size after disabling will be fixed so why not replace it with a joker. My idea of the joker is called Spilled Beans and is only attainable after eating a turtle bean. Produces a turtle bean whenever it is disabled or destroyed.

Or maybe it's a rare joker that has a small chance to gain hand size every round or whenever it's disabled though that seems a bit too op and doesn't fit well with the name of spilled beans
