(I really hope this doesn't fall under self promotion)

I've been trying to put into images a rework for every skip tag in the game. I'll be putting a Reddit link to the same post in the balatro sub reddit (but if mods ask me, I'll remove)

investment is overall the best tag in the game because it's the only one that's unconditionally taken early on

Like I said, I kind of just gave it that scaling due to the ways I have thought to buff other skip tags

Obviously I won't pretend that my ideas are 100% original, I see that a lot of folks here have already presented similar ideas to mine, I did come up with these on my own though

The way I'm differantiating myself is by talking more about theoretical game balance, and how tags would interact with particular mechanics of the game, maybe with some original art too.

Balatro is very consistent in not being able to affect stickers in any meaningfull way

But I am planning i ways to work around that

the commenter said that instead of per number of ante, that it was per invesment tag redeemed

This way it still scales, but it's not overcentralizing

Earlier I had implemented a suggestion from another user ( @visual phoenix ) to rework the boss tag into a voluntary reroll into a mod (accessible through the same UI as the regular reroll, it just uses a boss tag instead of $10)

Which is, I think, a pretty good buff for the tag

For orbital tag, maybe it would be useful for the tag to stick around until the next played hand, and then level up that particular hand?

Uncommon tag and Rare tag:
The Joker will have an edition (no negative). The chance of each edition is weighted same as wheel of fortune

Negative tag:
Is Ok

Foil, holografic and polychrome tags should be changed.
Each will become:
Chip tag, Mult tag and Xmult tag, each will give respectively a Chip/Mult/Xmult joker

Investment tag:
Fine, maybe even nerf it to 20$

Voucher tag:
I like your change

Reroll tag:
I like you change

Standard, Charm, Meteor, Buffon and Ethereal tags:
Fine as it is

Handy and Garbage tags:
Give 3 € for every 2 played hand/unused discard this run

Coupon tag:
Fine

Double tag:
Fine

Jugle tag:
Make it work like the Turtle bean.

D6 tag:
Next 2 rerolls in the shop are free

Top-up tag:
Create up to 3 Common Jokers with 1$ sell value

Speed tag:
Fine

Economy tag:
Fine

Orbital tag:
Remove it.
Add something like,
Collector tag:
Shop has a card with a enhancement, edition and seal
