Sticky Cards would be a new enhancement that gives a 1 in 2 chance to return scored cards back to your hand. They return before you draw new cards, so you can't go over the card limit with them. Each sticky card can be returned twice per blind.

New Tarot card: The Jester
enhances 2 selected cards to sticky cards

New Jokers:
Uncommon, 6$
Glue: scoring identical copies of a card enhances all of the copies to sticky cards.

Common, 4$
Gum: 5 in 5 chance for scored cards to become sticky. -1 for every successful enhancement .

Rare, 8$
Art Room: When sticky cards are returned to your hand, they gain +10 chips, and you gain +2$.

This enhancement's theming seems pretty fun tbh, I like the returning to hand gimmick

I'm not 100% sure on the current balance (might be a bit strong, especially with OA6) but it seems like it can definitely be balanced in one way or another

I don't think the tarot card should enhance 3 of them, I think it should be 2

I changed it so there's a cap on the amount of returns, so you can play 1 card a max of 3 times. I think it's unlikely to get 3 uses out of the same card, but even if you do there's a limit to how good the care could be because you can't have any other enhancements on the cards. I kept it at 1/2 cause I don't think the base chance should be lowered for 1 singular uncommon joker
