you draw 3 extra cards, those cards are debuffed, whenever you draw new cards, the debuff switches to the new card(s)

if you ever draw your entire deck (so all that's left is only cards in your hand; uses the same wording as blue joker) then cards lose their debuffs so you're never left with only 3 debuffed cards

joker name could've been better, but the idea is that you're "seeing into the future" of your cards
