Okay so, I like the idea and its appearance requirement. But it feels modded and its theming is meh in relation to Mr Bones

I think this works because of its Cavendish-Esque spawn condition
Its way too powerful to just.. be in the pool at regular odds
For me its that there's no direct connection thematically between the two stages, like Michel/Cavendish

my issue with mr bones is that its just an inevitable delay by 1
blind requirements only get higher if you didn't beat the blind you aren't beating the next blind

i would say rare because it's pretty strong and also has a pretty experimental effect
