Pruner: Pay $3 to remove one card from your full deck

Lopper: Pay $2 to remove one additional card from your full deck

Artwork would naturally have a hand pruner and branch lopper, respectively.

Possible balancing option: If "from your full deck" is too broken, a separate button in the store could bring up a random selection of cards from your deck similar to using a spectral / tarot card.

My first instinct is to say every shop. You'd have to open your full deck and clicking cards would now pop up a little option to pay to get rid of them.

RNG prevents it from permanently outmoding Hanged Man or intentional glass breaking. Plus it's just not always necessary, like every voucher.
