The concept here is a card that benefits from having wild cards in some way. So using the idea that wild cards look like they've been shot, I decided to go with:

Art: Jimbo about to draw a gun in a wild west standoff
Effect: +mult for every wild card in your deck
Rarity: Common
I did see criticism that it was somewhat underwhelming, however I'm afraid of making the card too overcomplicated.
PS: I can draw concept art if the idea is popular enough.
