This a full rework of Chicot, Matador and bringing a new deck, the beast deck, all focused around transforming blinds into jokers

currently there is no mod compatibility, the game will crash if you try and turn a modded blind into a joker

please report any bugs found, it helps to know :>

this is a sister mod to ReBaloed, not required but best played with it :)
