( I am aware i have posted this before somewhere else, but in the original thread i suggested a political joker so I don't want to risk breaking the rules.)
What if there was a card modification that allowed playing cards to be turned into jokers? Like, the joker's effect can depend on the suit and rank of the card. This is unique enough of a mechanic to make a new Legendary Joker off of it.

Like a 10 of diamonds with a polychrome seal, when something specific happens, might generate a custom joker that has a 1 in 10 chance of giving you 10$
