using matador as an example for good design is kinda weird when its about one of the few jokers mentioned by thunk to be on the lookout for a rework

either way a joker that only does anything on boss blinds needs to be damn good if were talking debuffed playing cards

and not be related for scoring as that would make it unusable basically

I mean, my personal two cents is that conceptually Matador is a pretty solid joker; it’s just inconsistent in its current state and needs some clarification
