[WIP] Boss Decks

Turns every boss blind into a deck.
Each deck applies the boss's effect throughout the entirety of your run, alongside a positive effect that works around (or sometimes with) the boss's effect.

the very first deck of this mod: Deck of The Serpent
since its effect isn't very interesting (the serpent's effect is often helpful as‐is, so this deck doesn't need an extra ability), i'll instead show off how the decks are unlocked!

introducing Deck of The Needle
i've always liked beating blinds in one hand, so this is one of my favorites

ended up getting an awesome high score with this one

now any planet card can be useful…if you can draw the right cards

Hey I also had a similar idea

Perfectionist deck: if played hand isn't your most played, destroy cards and upgrade your most played hand

That is a very difficult deck lol, might wanna make it 2$ at least

You can only ever get 13$ from the benefit in the entire base deck

Maybe it could even be 3$ for each

Maybe for the Mark have it so that all Face cards in packs/shop deck are stone (face down), and then when they are turned face up (turned into another enhancement) again they give a XMult bonus?

changed how Deck of The Needle implements its 1 hand rule

With an interesting econ strategy, Deck of The Tooth incentivizes losing as much money as possible during rounds. Econ jokers are less helpful than usual here.

Deck of The Water encourages accumulating score over multiple hands. Using hands as discards is a common strategy against The Water, which feels like a workaround for the boss's ability, so we've created a deck that encourages using your hands for their scoring potential.
