This joker is really a common at best. 90% of the time it's gonna be some random card that doesn't do anything for your build, and another 9% it'll just be a little helpful for a single blind.

the way i read it the first time is that it's like blueprint but random

but if its a completely random joker from the collection then yeah what you said makes sense

i think if it chooses from the jokers you own then it's alright as a very unreliable uncommon
