This feature would mitigate the problems that a huge joker pool brings.
How it would work:
In the collection, you may right-click/RB a Joker to disable or enable it.
However, you may not have less than 120 jokers enabled at once, excluding Legendary jokers, and you may only disable one Legendary joker.

learning to use every tool offered in a roguelike should be encouraged and its not like there is too many jokers to reasonably learn when most are very very simple

using all my disables (30) to limit common jokerpool by nearly half (something in the low 60's) to double my chances at photochad
