It’s a hiker that’s better if you have more stone cards
Like how cloud 9 is a golden joker that’s better if you have more 9s
Would be good if this joker only appeared if you had stone cards in your deck

I guess useful as in how it is used, cuz in hc builds it's spammy but the current version allows for a bit more flexibility (having stone, guaranteed chips)
Though I do think you might be right and I'm overthinking it
