this joker and rebate are exceptions with how strong they can get

maybe you could make you need to score 3-4 or more for it to be more comparable with cloud 9

I like the theming but I agree it’s currently very overtuned too

#

It’s a cloud 9 which can activate multiple times during the round instead of once at the end

#

And with the way it’s worded, it sounds blueprint compatible too
