Clears enhancements off of played cards

Disables jokers and playing cards for one hand after they move
-# e.g. if Vagabond procks because you have $3 it would be disabled for one hand, then returns to normal. Same thing applies to steel cards.

Blind requirement increases by X1 for each $1 you currently have (Currently X2)
-# Minimum requirement of X1. e.g. having negative $15 would still make the blind have a X1 requirement as if you had negative $1

Guess it counters Bootstraps and Bull but for a finisher to only reach two jokers is kinda dull

Frankly the challenge there might come from how you get rid of your money, 1x for each dollar scales like no other boss blind in the game

Forge is ok just kinda dull, no other boss blind takes value away from your deck like that and it sounds boring to play against

arm is similar though in that it removes value permanently but instead of planets its tarots

in that way i guess it's precedented but i still dont really like it
