Ban Jokers From Appearing

I created a simple mod that allows users to permanently ban jokers from appearing in any run. Simply click on a joker in the collection to toggle its banned status which will be shown by the red backing and an animation of it flipping over. I made this mod cause I like to play with various mods and some jokers in some mods just suck or overlap with eachother so this makes modpacks way better.

Needs some testing too i have only tested with Neato, KcVanilla, Plantain & Extracredit

Just download the release and put the folder in ur mods
