Hourglass- Adds 2 random seals to 2 cards in your hand. Adds a Black seal to a random card in your hand.

Black Seal- every time this card is played, there is a 1/4 chance of destroying a random joker in your joker slots.
(Jokers destroyed in this method do not come back in the run)

Black seal is actively terrible unless you took an Eternal joker that is useless or detrimental to your build

Seals aren't Enhancements

#

Enhancements are their own category containing Bonus, Mult, Glass, Steel, Gold, Wild, Stone, and Lucky cards (I really hope I didn't miss any)

They are identifiable by the fact that they change a card's background—i.e. the thing below the rank and suit

Seals are Seals. I really hope this doesn't need explanation, but they go in the foreground and are Red, Blue, Purple, or Gold

Editions apply a shader to the card, and can be Foil, Holographic, Polychrome, or, on Jokers and Consumables, Negative
