Twice tonight I've played the Death card to replace/copy the left card with the right, but the cards remained the same. The first time it happened while I was trying to replace a 2 with a Q of Spades during a hand. I assumed it was just a mistake on my part.
A few hours later (i.e. a few minutes ago) it happened while I was trying to replace the 2 of Clubs with a Jack of Spades. Instead, both cards remained the same and my full deck was unchanged (13x4, ordinary Zodiac deck, in the store during a tarot pack, ante 5, round 12.)
In between there were several (maybe a dozen of) times when Death worked properly. It is my (checks stats) 6th most common tarot card.
I am currently playing purple stake Zodiac Deck. I don't recall which deck I was playing when this happened earlier, but it was definitely purple stake and either Zodiac or Abandoned deck.

I have NOT used anything else to copy, modify, or create new cards this run. It remains standard 52 (13x4) except for a gold Ace of diamonds, a Steel 9 of clubs, and Multi on the King and 9 of spades.
