I think maybe if it got reworked into an uncommon and did this

This Joker gains X0.75(ish) mult when blind is skipped, but loses X0.25 mult when small- or big blind is selected (currently X[Mult]).

It’d be a bit better and flexible imo

I could see this being interesting if it was a 1 time activation. Skip 2 blinds in a row at any point in the run and this joker retains having ×3mult
