yorick has almost an entire ante of down period before being 2x and perkeo needs something solid to copy

this also doesnt track as it seems more niche or higher risk reward effects are reserved for stuff like rares. ie dna needs something good to copy and costs a hand and is rare

no legendary is completely free

theyre powerful but also have downsides

this also directly outclasses every retrigger joker since getting a random enhcanment on a card is far easier than fixing for specific ranks
