like just running Golden Ticket with gold cards instead of waiting for this to happen
i would absolutely never pick this its like
making bloodstone a 1 in 8 or something but 3x mult does not make it better nor equal it actually makes it worse generally unless you have multiple oops all sixes
or just ridiculously lucky
imagine if Wheel of Fortune was a 1 in 8 but it applied it to 2 cards... that still makes it worse
i would just never take this joker it isnt good at all
you cant just make a good effect slap on a 1 in a billion chance for it to happen and call it good joker design
