If you play a flush that contains a four of a kind, it will count as a four of a kind since it’s ranked higher than flush. However, if four of a kind is a lower level, it will give less chips, so I think you should either be able to choose what poker hand you play if your hand has two of them, or whatever one is higher level is prioritized.
