admittedly, while not a very interesting joker, i feel like for balancing purposes, a more straight forward straight joker like this would be nice

considering that straight builds are so varied in cards and often can't deckfix nearly as well as just about any other kind of hand, you aren't properly rewarded for making a deck with purposeful on-trigger conditions

i might try and make concept art for it but i'm not super invested so it's a toss up

actually think it's interesting. For me, the main problem with Straight is that it doesn't work well with many of the game's mechanics. For example, Straight can only contain Straight or sometimes flush too, and many Jokers require a deck fix to a single rank, making it difficult to work with them. I think this could help it at least work better with enchantments

also, there are always more chips, especially important because of Saturn's high mult scaling

Play a Holographic card as 1st and 5th card, play bonus cards in between and bam, points

this is very interesting and i have no idea about if this can even be coded in but it sounds cool

mostly just concerned with how other retriggers would work, like how would it go with hanging chad?
10 9 8 7 6, 6 7 8 9 10 is how it would be by itself
would it then be
10 10 10 9 8 7 6, 6 7 8 9 10?

photo could get more use if you have +mult jokers/enhancements

either way i like this since its a straight joker that feels quite fair

and straights arent a terribly easy or ideal retrigger type hand so the condition is perfectly fine

although maybe as an uncommon tho
