#Game crashes when starting or continuing a run

I was playing with mods (Mainly Cryptid and DebugPlusPlus), and it was working fine for a while. But eventually the game crashed, and I can't start new runs anymore -- even when I try disabling all the mods I could.

I've tried verifying file integrity through Steam, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, removing the Mods folder, removing the entire folder in AppData, I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it.
