With Balatro currently constantly getting aged restricted on youtube I am in the midst of working on a texture pack that doesn't change any vanilla functionality, but has a yugioh flavor to it:
Tarots - Spellbook/Prophecy archetype which are all based on the tarots already in balatro
Prophecy Destroyer = Devil
Amores of Prophecy = Lovers
Stoic of Prophecy = The Hanged Man
Reaper of Prophecy = Death
Planets - The Agent Archetype which are based on the roman gods of planets
Spectral: Different Cards based on either yugioh cards based on them, or cards with a similar vibe
Medium - Medium of the Ice Barrier
Black Hole - Dark Hole
Immolate - Raigeki
Cryptid - Danger! Jackelope?!
Deja Vu - Copycat
Ankh - Monster Reborn (OCG ankh art)
Ouja - Sentence of Doom
Ectoplasm - Ectoplasmer
Wraith - Mara of the nordic alfar (based on the norse wraith)
still working on what the last tarots will be and about the design for the deck, but this is where I am currently at, I will need some help walking through lua to set up textures in the future
