Like for example, The Idol gives X2 because it's a specific rank and specific suit that you have to draw, which is really hard to do unless you deckfix a lot

There's also Marble Joker which speeds up Stone production a lot

when you play five stone cards it counts as high card, not 5 of a kind

the point is that the hand Five of a Kind has a lot of chips and mult that scale with each level.
The more stone cards you play, the smaller the poker hand has to be:
2 stone cards works with High Card, Pair and Three of a Kind
4 and 5 Stone cards are always High Card, which scales the worst out of all poker hands.

So with that in mind, even if every stone card in deck gives x2 per trigger, you need a lot of deck fixing to get more of them, and a lot of high card levels to make the most use of them

it's hard to compare with Idol because Idol switches card everytime it gets the chance, unless all cards are the same (wild cards help)
Idol would be easier to use if it would stick to one card

but also there's a lot of flexibility with idol to maximize the effectiveness, you can choose small cards to retrigger with Hack or face cards to retrigger with Sock&Buskin
And at the same time make use of Chad and Dusk
This joker if it gave x2 to Stone Cards could only make use of Chad and Dusk

What I don't know is if Paradolia also makes Stone Cards act as face cards
