That's not really the case because if you discard more cards, you could potentially get extra Aces

After a bit of deckfixing, discarding more than 1 card is a dangerous gambit if you still have a couple cards left in the deck

Although I guess with deckfixing, that isn't mcuh an issue

Make it so if you don’t use your aces in your first hand, they become debuffed for the rest of the blind

That’s not really a downside since you can super easily get a flush 5 turn 1
