I mean, 4oak has one of the best base chips and mult, also good scaling. This has the advantage that you don't need to buy Venus to transition to 4oak; it's indirectly better econ for buy tarots to make deck fixing

I think it’s just kinda boring and you usually don’t transition 3oak -> 4oak, it’s almost always pair -> 4oak

also if you wanna make a joker like this making is limited seems less fun design wise

x of a kind hands require 1 less card would be more interesting but also dangerous balance wise and tread on four fingers design a bit

making 4 of a kind easy to play is usually the runs gameplan and a joker doing it feels weird
