Can you make a joker that disguises itself as a random good joker (blue print, brainstorm, ect.) then if it's bought and the player has the joker it was disguised as, it changes that joker to a negative fool planetary card and sells itself or applies negative to the joker and deletes itself?

This is my guess as to what it means:
Disguises itself as a joker you own (description, visual, etc)
If you buy it, destroy the Joker it disguised as, itself, and create a fool tarot card

Disguises itself as a "good" Joker (Rares, presumably)
If you own the Joker it's disguised as when it's purchased, that Joker becomes Negative and this Joker is destroyed to create a negative copy of The Fool

yeah this idea is a cool idea until you remember this requires like an additional mechanic added( disguised jokers) and is practically never worth
