load cloud save never loads

I have been trying to play the game for the past day or two and cannot get my load saved. I play on mobile on an iPhone. Has anyone else ran into this?

I can sneak into the game on airplane mode but that is just a band aid :/

I was playing yesterday and the game crashed after i won, came back and my save had disappeared, hoping they find a solution

I play on Android but this happened to me too but I can't play not even in airplane mode, have you fixed this issue? Please help me 😭😭
