It's probably better than abandoned; there's only a 2-card difference, and i guess the 10 removed are random, so there'll always be a rank bias, so you have ranks to prioritize, and even if you get the card in the shop, overstock makes it not matter

I think one way to not make it, Abandoned but better is start without a suit (specific or random, -13 cards). It would be impossible to get 4 Oak, and you can only get one pair per rank. This way, Illusion is genuinely useful, at least in the early game
