The reason this is so overpowered is that it's similar to DNA (a Rare Joker already), but it also destroys a card and isn't limited to once per round, which is insane deckfixing
Maybe I really should make that suggestion guide I've mentioned before

okay fair i should be more constructive before dunking on him but my previous experience with him has made me slightly biased against him
