#Four fingers + Straight with 4/1 colors = Straight Flush?

I had the "Four fingers" joker that allows you to form flushes and straights with only 4 cards.

When I tried to play a straight from King to 9 with all Diamonds except a 10 of Spade, the game considered it a Straight Flush (see screenshot).

It probably happens because the game detects a Straight Flush as follows:

  1. Is there a straight?
  2. Is there a flush?
If both conditions are fulfilled, the hand will become a Straight Flush.

However, in my opinion, it should only be considered a Straight Flush if another condition is fulfilled:
3. Are the cards in the straight and the cards in the flush identical?

In my case it was annoying, because I had Straight upgraded to Level 8 and Straight Flush was still on Level 1, so I had to get rid of the Diamond 9 to get more points.

Thanks for the reference. However, I stand by my opinion.

localthunk may argue that it's a conscious design decision, but I find it more likely that it's an oversight in the evaluation and he is just too lazy to make a change.
