^ i wanted to make this rare but i think the condition of having to skip a blind makes it uncommon

use emperor, it's forced to make fool and card of your choice
use fool to remake emperor
use other card

now of course that does require you to skip 19 times
but i don't think it's that far fetched

joker pretty much just makes u use a tarot card when u skip

That's in a theoretical scenario, in practy, you'd need many more skips since you don't have to get any of those four tarots, and when add tarot card, the pool becomes smaller, making it easier get one of those four
