You get the blueprint from the first buffoon pack, and then next shop is ankh, helped me beat gold stake, but I don't know where it can go, I saw a couple barons too

Got until Ante 16, but I think it's possible to push it even further. Start levelling high card earlier (I think there was a holographic Burnt Joker around Ante 3 or 4) and earlier Deck Fixing and anything past Ante 16 is possible.

Things I noted during the run:

Around Ante 3 or 4 there is a Baron. You can buy a Hex Card Shortly after that. Use the Hex to Polychrome the Baron.
There is also an Eternal Mime in the Shop after the Big Blind during Ante 5
And an Eternal Brainstorm after the Boss Blind of Ante 9

Spectral Pack with Deja-Vu and Cryptid during Ante 13
